Both organizations also faced challenges of long lead training cycles, very complex applications, delays with new equipment deliveries and new users who had never used an EAM but were comfortable using the Internet.

The USCG and Lockheed Martin used eMESA™ to:

Comments DTS received during the training phase of the initial eMESA™ implementation:

“We should have had eMESA™ in the beginning.”

DTS provides deep EAM experience and a variety of products, including eMESA™, an EAM software solution that allows anyone in your organization to focus on process improvement and asset utilization instead of user training. DTS and eMESA™ will streamline your business processes with an easy-to-use, 100% web-enabled solution that maximizes your existing ERP/EAM investment. With DTS, you implement your process, your way.
